On 4 Sep 2013, I paid $3000 to Five Star tour agency for a CNY 2014 tour. On 2014, Five Star tour agency closed down. On 17 Jan 2014, small claims court said that they will try their best to help me. But they said most probably no use because Five Star has closed down. CASE (Consumer Association) said cannot help me. On 14 Jan 2014, my credit card company gave me back the $3000 with condition that Five Star will not claim back the money within 90 days. 90 days have passed; my credit card company said the money ($3000) is now officially mine to keep.
