D6 is an annual family ministry conference focused on generational discipleship—equipping families and churches to pass on a spiritual legacy to future generations.

Holy Dying: A Christian Perspective on a Good End of Life

“Help us to live as those who are prepared to die.
And when our days here are accomplished,
enable us to die as those who go forth to live,
so that living or dying, our life may be in you,
and that nothing in life or in death will be able to separate us
from your great love in Christ Jesus our Lord”.

This quote is part of a prayer during A Service of Death and Resurrection, found in the United Methodist Hymnal. When our days on earth are done, we want our life to end well. It is an expectation that has followed humanity for centuries. As community of faith, we teach people how to live well. However, we are slow to teach how to die well. This seminar will explore briefly the biblical and theological perspectives on the subject with the hope that we would at least begin to start thinking and preparing for it from the starting point of faith.

We invite our members with disabilities or special educational needs and your families/caregivers for a refreshing and meaningful day our at Gardens by the Bay! Come and connect with one another through a morning filled with fun and engagement. Participants can look forward to interactive games and activities. This is a great opportunity to relax and connect in an inclusive and welcoming environment. Lunch will also be provided for all. 2-way transport will be provided. Participants are to assemble at the Fellowship Hall on 30 May at 8.30am.

Ezra Lay Institute (ELi) – Bible Survey

Explore the Whole Bible in a five-week adult Bible study programme, from Genesis to Revelation, and be introduced to the major themes, theological truths, and literary structures found in the Old and New Testaments.

Grounded in the grand narrative of Creation, Fall, Redemption, and Restoration, the programme equips participants to read, understand, and apply God’s Word with confidence. There will be big group teaching as well as small group discussion. Come and dive deeper into God’s Word and let it come alive in your life!
