The Discipleship and Nurture Ministry is committed to helping our members grow in their relationship with and faith in God. We do this through the different courses provided regularly at different levels, reaching out to seekers through ALPHA Course and grounding believers in the faith through the DISCIPLE Course. Beyond these, we have courses and webinars on different topics to inform and equip members for growth and ministry.

INFANT/CHILD
BAPTISM CLASS
This is held twice a year. It is meant for parents who desire to have their children (below 16 years old) be baptized in the Christian faith. The Infant Baptism Class covers an understanding of Infant Baptism and administrative aspects of the Service.
If you are interested to sign up, you must:
- Submit completed Infant/Child Baptism Application Form (including copy of Child’s BC with the Form).
- Submit a copy of Baptism Certificate (one of the parents must be baptized) – unless baptized at PLMC or currently attending the Baptism Class.
- Attend the Infant/Child Baptism Class which covers an understanding of Infant Baptism and administrative aspects of the Infant Baptism Service.
Youths (13 to 16 years old) are to complete the Infant/child Baptism Form, email the completed form to nurture@plmc.org and join the Baptism & Membership Class.
ADULT BAPTISM
& MEMBERSHIP CLASS
This is held twice a year. It is meant for adults (16 years old and above) who desire to be baptized in the Christian faith and/or received as members, including those transferring into our Church. The Class Sessions seek to impart Biblical Teaching, prepare one towards Church Membership and introduce Cell Group experience.
If you are interested to sign up, you must complete the Adult Baptism Form, email the completed form to nurture@plmc.org and join the Baptism & Membership Class.
JOURNEYING WITH YOU
TO BE FAITHFUL AND MATURE
DISCIPLES OF CHRIST
- Submit completed Youth/Adult Baptism & Membership Application Form.
- Submit a copy of Baptism Certificate if you have been baptised (unless baptised at PLMC).
- Attend the Youth/Adult Baptism & Membership Class (BMC). Each participant needs to attend an assigned Ministry Weekend which focuses on personal prayer/inner healing & teaching/ministry of the Holy Spirit.
- Join a PLMC Cell Group after the BMC.
We proclaim him by instructing and teaching all people with all wisdom so that we may present every person mature in Christ. (Colossians 1:28)
