
Birth, ageing, sickness, and death, is part of life cycle. During our temporary human existence, we live this life in meaningful ways through the roles we play as parents, spouse, children, or even through our careers. When our lives near the end, what are the struggles we may face?
In this talk, let us come together to learn and reflect on the struggles face by those whose lives are nearing the end, and their main caregivers. We also look at ways to prepare our loved ones and ourselves in this last season.

🗣️ Speaker: Rev Chua Chiew Poh (Chaplain at Methodist Welfare Services (MWS))
Since 2017, Chiew Poh has served as a Chaplain at Methodist Welfare Services (MWS), offering spiritual, psycho-social and emotional care to staff, volunteers, beneficiaries and their families. Her own story is not without difficulty. Chiew Poh shares with us about how God sustained her in 2007, when her late husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer, and how her own walk with the Lord deepened. Through her life experiences and as a Chaplain at MWS, she speaks from the depth of knowledge and hands on experience with patients who have departed. Her personal goal is to impart knowledge and understanding so that everyone has someone to journey with them in their final moments.
