This Sunday is Laity Sunday, when we celebrate the ministry, service, and contributions of all lay Christians (non-ordained church members) wherever they are placed, be it in their homes, workplaces, communities, and church. Take a look around at the many who are contributing at our celebration services – our ushers, worship team, choir, dancers, our HisMedia videography and projection team, our audio team, as well as those currently leading our little ones in Silver Boxes. Then there are those who are serving the community out there through the various outreach activities and on missions.
If you have yet to be involved in ministry, we’ve made it easy for you to find out more. Just approach anyone with the I’m Here to Serve name tags to find out more about what they do and their ministry experience.
Catch our Glowing Years Ministry’s performance (only for 9am announcement). Drop by the Cell Ministry’s booth at the Fellowship Hall for a free appreciation card to bless and thank your cell leader for serving. Check out Family Life Ministry’s programmes, including their December Kampung Glamp in December. HisMedia will also be on hand to share about their ministry.
